Is there such a thing as a 'friendly' game against the old foe??
Hopefully the game will be at Downend School on Saturday 2nd September, starting at 3.00pm. It is intended for us to train prior to the game, not tooo much as I am sure you dont want to get too tired, then to play 5 sets against Plymouth.
It will be a chance for ALL players to play and for me to try different rotations and see how players perform.
MAKE SURE YOU LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE. |

Hi Girls,
The game against Plymouth will be played at University of West of England (UWE) new Sports Centre on Saturday 2nd September.
Please arrange to be there for 2pm, we will train for an hour then Plymouth are lined up to arrive at 3pm. The court is booked until 6pm.
I can confirm the details on Tuesday.
Cheers,
Paul. |

Paul, can you post an address for the UWE site please? a postcode would be good, but the name of the centre or road its in would be equally as useful (along with how far it is on the road between Ireland and Holland ).
Thanks,
TC |

Hi Tania,
The address for UWE is Coldharbour Lane, Frenchay, Bristol. BS16 1QY
Exit M4 at junction 19 onto the M32. Almost immediately leave the M32 at junction 1 onto the A4174 ring road, following signs for Filton and Bristol Parkway Station. Pass the Holiday Inn on the left and turn left at the first set of traffic lights into Coldharbour Lane. UWE is on the right.
Stop at the security / reception gate and ask for the new sports hall.
See you there at 2.00pm
Paul.
